General Conditions

, Wildenbergsweg 6, 7431 PW, Diepenveen. These General Conditions apply to all bookings made directly or indirectly at Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg. Our Chamber of Commerce number is: 61602140

  • Bookings
    You can book a stay at Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg if you are 18 years or older. Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg reserves the right to refuse a booking at any time – without reasons given. We always try to react fast. You can therefore expect us to confirm and invoice you your booking by E-Mail within 2 working days after receipt. If something is wrong (we can also make a mistake) you can send us an E-Mail. In case you haven’t received a written conformation (also invoice) within 2-3 working days or you haven’t received a message, please contact us.
  • Price
    We try to display our prices correctly on our website dekleinewildenberg.nl
    Price discounts and/or special offers can no longer be used, after the confirmation/invoice has been sent by Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg.
  • Rental
    Included in the price: Rent of the accommodation, VAT, water- and electricity consumption, use of and access to the estate of the family Ginhoven-Kolkman.
    Additional costs

We charge additional costs for bed linen (9,- p.p.) and cleaning (price depends on the accommodation).
Service of the farm: With the care farm we try to increase the service of your stay and do our utmost to arrange below things for you. If something is missing, it might be forgotten, we hope for your understanding and you can of course always inform us..

  • Firewood (for terrace heaters and fireplace
  • WiFi
  • Coffee (Nespresso)
  • Tea (fleur de café)
  • Use of available bikes, tandems, go-karts etc.
  • Tasting (farm)
  • Access to Hay-cinema (on request/in consultation)
  • For small kids: Children’s bed/Highchair
  • Would you like to welcome visitors? Please inform us. We would like to know who stays at our farm.

Tourist tax and charges
The rental prices are exclusive of tourist tax. We must pay tourist tax to the municipality of Deventer. In 2021 you pay €1,02 per person per night.

Pets
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs (please inform us in advance)

Payments
The total amount must be paid no later than 2 months before arrival. When booking within 10 days before arrival the entire amount must be paid at once. In the event of late and/or incomplete payment we can unilaterally cancel the reservation. In that case we will inform you by mail or letter.

Cancellation
In the event of an annulment or cancellation until 1 month before arrival we will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the booking amount. In the event a cancellation until 2 months before arrival we will charge 50% of the booking amount. If you cancel longer than 2 months before arrival we will charge 10% of the booking amount or you can change the reservation free of charge to another date. (in consultation and based on availability). Amounts already paid will be settled with the cancellation fee to be paid. You can also conclude a cancellation insurance through your own travel insurance.

Arrival and departure

After  your booking you will receive our reservation confirmation which also serves as invoice. You can show this confirmation at arrival. You can arrive from 03.30 pm. On the day of departure you must leave the accommodation before 10.30 am on weekdays. The latest departure time is Sunday at 02.00 pm.

Liability
Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg doesn’t accept any liability for: theft, loss or damage, of any nature whatsoever, during or as a result of a stay at our farm, the disintegration or decommissioning of technical equipment and the failure or closure of facilities on the farm. The tenant and the person(s) accompanying him/her are severally liable for all loss and/or damage that will arise for Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg, the farm and/or any third party as a direct or indirect result of their stay, whether or not this was caused by acts or omissions of themselves or of third parties who are at the farm due to their actions and of all damage caused by any animal and/or property that they have in their possession. In the event of improper use and/or leaving the accommodation incorrectly additional (cleaning) costs may be charged.

Complaints
Of course it is possible that you have a complaint. Please let us know as soon as possible, so we have the opportunity to solve the problem. We will do our utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

What personal data do we collect and why we collect it

Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg can process personal data about you, because you make use of the services of Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg and/or because you provided this to Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg when filling out a contact form on the website. It concerns personal data such as:

Why we need data

Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg processes your personal data to be able to contact you by telephone if you request it and/or to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or post) about our services.

In addition, Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg can use your personal data in the context of the execution of an agreement, usually a booking or of a stay at our farm or sending an offer/invoice. We can also contact you for details about a reservation. Your name and e-mail address are also used to send you an inspiration mail or other valuable information. Only if you give us permission. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Data such as the IP-address is processed to give you access to our WiFi network at our property during a stay.

How long we retain your data

Your data is not kept longer than required to realize the goals, for which your data is collected or as long as we are legally obliged to do so, for example for the tax authorities.

What rights to you have with regard to your data

If you have left a message through our site, you can request an export file of your personal data that we have from you, inclusive of all data you have provided. You can also request that we delete any personal data we have from you. This doesn’t contain any data we are required to store for administration, legal or security purposes.

With whom do we share data

We pass on the data you provided to third parties, if this is necessary for the delivery of the services you requested. For example, we make use of an accountant and an accounting system and an online reservation system.

When we provide your data to a third party, we ensure among others (by means of an agreement) that the data is not used for other purposes. In this agreement we also agree that your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

When you are at our farm

At Boerderij de Kleine Wildenberg, we believe it is important that everyone who makes use of the services of the farm or stays at the farm, respects the privacy of others. In practice this means for example that no photos or other images may be taken of our clients of the care farm, because of their vulnerable position.
